the process
Once you fill our commission request form or e-mail us directly we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your request.
We will discuss the details of the artwork and agree on a price. A contract will be provided to ensure both parties' safety.
We will send you a PayPal invoice for the initial payment (50% of the full price). Our work begins once it goes through. By making this payment you agree to the terms of our contract. It is non-refundable.
We will send the sketch for you to approve it before going further. You will have a chance to share your feedback, we will do our best to implement the changes (1 free revision).
Time to finish your commission! The whole painting process shouldn't last more than 1 month, likely much less (initial payment to finished product).
We will send you the watermarked final artwork for you to approve it. It's the last opportunity to make some quick changes (1 free minor revision).
We will send you a PayPal invoice for the rest of the payment. Our work ends once it goes through. We will send you an e-mail with your full resolution, non-watermarked artwork.

i. general
Be nice! Harassment will result in immediate cancellation of the commission.
Please, be as clear as possible and provide references where you can.
We retain all rights to the artwork. Transmission of said rights can be arranged for a price.
Artwork for commercial use is twice the normal price.
We are allowed to post the artwork on our social media (unless you opt-out).
Posting and sharing of our artwork is fine, just give proper credit!
Commissioning us means that you have read, understand and agree to the terms listed here.
ii. payment
We accept payments via PayPal.
50% of the price is to be paid upfront.
The other 50% is due upon completion.
You will receive PayPal invoices for both payments.
No refunds after the work is started.
iii. the process
The whole commissioning process is described here.
We work on a first come, first served basis. An invoice will only by sent when we're ready to begin the painting process.
The painting process should not take more than 1 month to complete, but likely much faster (counting from the reception of the initial payment to finished product).
Should any unexpected obstructions to this delivery time occur, you will be informed.
Work-in-progress artwork will be sent upon client's request. It may also be sent by the artist anytime during the process to ensure the commission is heading in the right direction.
The completed, full-resolution artwork will be sent to you via e-mail. No physical product will be delivered.
iv. satisfaction
We will do our best to keep you satisfied!
This includes 2 free revisions: 1 free revision upon receiving the sketch and 1 free minor revision once the painting is finished.
Revision - a number of changes to the artwork (to the pose, bodypart, outfit, background, color, general tone, etc.). It is not, however, a grand redesign or a complete change of the subject. Let's be reasonable and clear from the start.
Minor revision - like revision, but any changes that could be implemented without repainting bigger chunks from scratch/adjusting the rest of the artwork to fit them.
Any further or bigger changes come at a price, up for negotiation.

The final price might go up depending on the overall complexity of the artwork. All the base options include a colored render (sketch being the obvious exception).Additional characters can be added for a % of the original price. We'll discuss the details and the pricing once you submit a commission request.Not a character art commission? No problem! You can still submit the request and we'll set the price on a case-by-case basis.
